Nagesh Kukunoor has given a poetic touch to this movie based on real life incidents. Both the lead female artists have given excellent performance. The director has blended several components into his movie mixie. There is a blend of culture from Rajasthan and Kashmir, there is a blend of climatic conditions - desert and icy conditions, there is a blend of religion - Hindu Rajput and Muslim, there is a blend of thoughts - backward thoughts and superstitious belief in the Rajput community and forward looking thoughts and ambitions in the Muslim girl.

The movie has succeed in capturing women's emotions and spirit, simply and subtly both. the thread of emotions and spirits ties woman with other women regardless of her culture,cast or nation. Hats off to Nagesh and the crew!!

More About the Director
A chemical engineer turned filmmaker and Actor, Nagesh belongs to the relatively younger brigade of directors for whom cinema is a passion. Nagesh has always chosen to make movies about real people doing mundane stuff. He picks up ideas and themes by observing people.

He is often described as a "maverick" as his movies do not follow the usual style of Indian films. He is known for making crossover movies and employing Hinglish.
Nagesh was born and brought up in Hyderabad. Birth Date : March 30. He moved to Atlanta in 1988 and studied Chemical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He worked as an environmental consultant in Atlanta before returning to India in 1997 to pursue his dreams in film making. In the interim, he had attended workshops in film and television. He studied acting at the Warehouse Actor's Theatre in Atlanta and in 1995, co-produced and directed a short film, One culture at a time.
He spent a year in Mumbai to understand the working of Bollywood industry before deciding that his style would not fit in that milieu.
After the failure of his first movie, he could go for well-known actors and experimented in several genres.

Last Night on the the 1st day of releasin,i watched Don. Remake of Don is just made 4 the commercial values....Nothin 4 social value.So i consider DOR better thn DON. And those who hv not watched DOR n DON both..thn I would like to suggest u to watch DOR..B'cuz there is a need to encourage Such Directors,Who can make ,Movies full of inspiration n social values,Movies which can influence youth power of our country positively like Iqbal, RDB DOR.

Whoa!!
I m very happy to say that i hv Watched "KANK"..B'cuz I was able to complete it in three instalments...:P..it's too lenghty ..n i think very few students can watch it in one slot in home theater bole to Computer..Thats why i m giving this review too late..n also busy in college n classes!!

Thr is one reason behind this That this movie besically on relations after d marriage And We, engineering Students dont know much abt these relationship!!That's why we dont like this movie much..n 1st half comedy in movie is not so gud ..lil bit borin kinda !!
neways bt thr was very much xpectations frm this movie so 'm writin abt somethin positive nd negative aspect of this movie!!

This movie is different in that sense, it tackles is the subject of mature human relationships - perhaps one which the youth of today can't relate with! All praise to Karan Johar for handling so delicately an intense story like Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.!!

The movie has its share of funny moments (the first half is filled with light moments), emotional moments (the second half is an emotional roller coaster) and surprising moments that lifts the movie from being a typical Karan Johar movie to a brilliant Karan Johar movie.

Performance
The performances by all the cast were amazing. In particular Shahrukh and Abhishek. How ever much you don't wanna admit it, after watching Shahrukh's performance, you've got to say that he has proved yet again that he's the best in the industry, there's no doubt about it. It's only Shahrukh that could have fitted into such a complex character so perfectly. 10/10 for Shahrukh,

The movie belongs to him no doubt and there'll be no surpirse this year if he walks away with the best actor award. Abhishek was awesome as well, especially in the emotional scenes. There was no sign of overacting by anyone; everyone performed well. Out of the ladies, i think Rani shone over Preity... maybe because of her character.

Music
The music was melodious... 'Where's The Party Tonight' was one of the most enjoyable song's, i guess because of it's perfect timing in the movie! Mmmm, otherwise, my favourite has to be 'Tumhi Dekho Naa', portrayed beauutifully as you can see from the picture above the bright orange Abhishek hehe!!

Never Say "Gud Bye"

Minus points
1) Its cheesy humour in the ist half

2)constant comical references to sex, which was a shame, because i would otherwise have classed it a family movie.

Plus Points
1)Huge star Cast
2)Choreography ,dresses n locations
3) Kajol's Special appearence
4) Melodious Music

But knowing what Asian families are like, i would say it isn't suitable for family viewing. Nevertheless though, the second half of the movie is full of emotions and looking back at the movie overall, all i've got is praise for it!!

Krrish starts where its predecessor - Koi Mil Gaya put its brakes on.

But POWERISH is in LOVE with SINGAPORISH. Chho Cutish. She goes back home. Powerish is heartbroken. Grandma goes grim grum gro.
After much ado, she gives up and packs Powerish to fly to Singporish. Betting goes bullish.

So Powerish with a heart so goodish helps people of Singapore, by performing some martial arti-fish, saving people in a circus
(does Singapore have something called a "Fire Brigade"?) and beating goons on motorbikes.

Then, love enters Krishna’s life. It literally falls from the open skies into his lap as he rescues a wide-eyed, city-bred girl (Priyanka)
from her faulty parachute landing atop a tree.

A few pranks follow between Krishna and Priya and her campmates.

Priyanka is the archetypal Hindi film heroine. Not surprising, since everyone in Hrithik’s
radius is bound to get eclipsed. Rekha is highly effective, especially in the scene after the
confrontation, when she narrates the true story to Hrithik.
Naseeruddin Shah excels yet again. He plays the cool, calculating and conniving villain to perfection.
Then she calls him to Singapore on a false pretext, pretending her love for him.
In truth she wants to save her job by showing Krishna’s skills on the TV channel she works for.



‘Krrish’, the movie, fuses these stunts with romance, comedy and fights in a very digestible dose. And the
credit for this goes to Rakesh Roshan, the movie’s writer, producer and director.
Roshan senior has made a quality product – a film that lays foundation for other films of similar genre.
Although some stunts could be depicted graphically more realistically, but that would require a very huge budget.


We've seen it before in Superman, Batman and King Kong.
But our Krissh has something extra-special those films didn't.

The problem with Krrish lies in the fact that it lacks the fun quotient which Koi Mil Gaya
was generously sprinkled with. Moreover, unlike the first film,
the sequel breaks no new ground in terms of story.

In a nutshell, KRRISH is a terrifically exciting and compelling experience.
Move over SUPERMAN, BATMAN and SPIDERMAN. KRRISH, the Indian superhero, has arrived!

2>Climax : Nasiruddeen Shah first shoots Priyanka and then turns gun towards Hrithik(rohit) and then pulls the trigger !.. Hav u noticed ?? Nasiruddeen shah is faster than bullet ! He managed to pull the trigger for second time before the first bullet reached priyanka !!! well.. bullets travel at a minimum speed of 500m/s. After all priyanka was standin jus some 10 mtrs away.. it wud have taken some .02 seconds ! not even a blink of eye. Hugh !!! and above all Krrish managed to run faster than that.. ok ok .. he has super power ! no problem.. he managed to throw the gas cylinder !!! ok ok.. again he has super power. no problem. !! WHY THE HELL DID NOT THE CYLINDER BURST when the bullet hit it ?? did u see ??? cylinder was faster than bullet ? howz this.? leaving 4 ur answer...!! mind it dont say....SUPERPOWER ..b'cuz superpower is in krrish not in cylinder
